Clinical Psychologist, Counselling Psychologist or Therapist Opportunity

I am working with a market leading private group in the London who are looking for a qualified and experienced Clinical Psychologist, Counselling Psychologist or Therapist to join their service. The service are looking for a qualified Clinical Psychologist, Counselling Psychologist or Therapist to aid in delivering input to adults within a specialised setting.

With this role you will work for one of the leading private specialist services in London, which will allow you to take your next career step as an expert in the industry!

With this Clinical Psychologist, Counselling Psychologist or Therapist role you will work on a remote basis initially through, so that you will have the security to work from home during this period of uncertainty. This will provide you with comfort in knowing that you won't be required to put your family or loved ones at risk moving forward with the guarantee of job security.

With this Clinical Psychologist, Counselling Psychologist or Therapist Opportunity you will have the chance to work with a variety of approaches in a unique, independent service who are looking for an experienced Clinical Psychologist, Counselling Psychologist or Therapist to work with the opportunity to receive fully funded training which will allow you to expand your career and knowledge!

With this Clinical Psychologist, Counselling Psychologist or Therapist Opportunity you will work with highly skilled clinical teams, so that you will work as an industry expert and can feel the pride of being directly responsible for the success of yourself, the children and the service as a whole!

Your responsibilities would be:

  • Developing and maintaining effective working alliances with clients and their families
  • Providing specialist psychological assessments of clients to the team based upon the

appropriate use, interpretation and integration of complex data from a variety of

sources, including psychological and neuropsychological tests, self-report measures,

rating scales, direct and indirect structured observations and semi-structured

interviews with clients, family members and others involved in the clients care

  • To exercise autonomous professional responsibility for the formulation and

implementation of plans for the formal psychological treatment and/or management

of a client's mental health based upon an appropriate conceptual framework of the

client's problems in the context of family and wider system, and employing methods

based upon evidence of efficacy

  • Responsibility for implementing a range of psychological interventions for individuals

and groups. Have knowledge of a range of psychological models

procedures.

Requirements:

  • Professional doctorate qualification in Clinical or Counselling Psychology as accredited by the British Psychological Society or qualification in Psychotherapy .
  • Health and Care Professions Council registration as a qualified Chartered Clinical Psychologist.
  • General adult mental health experience.
  • CBT qualification and/or relevant experience.
  • At least 1 year post-qualification clinical experience.
