My client is a full-service Medical Communications Agency who over their 16 years in the business have gained a reputation for their outstanding ability to execute excellent service, strategy and quality for a variety of clients. This is great opportunity to work with a company's who's engaged senior management team fosters your career development in a fun and fast paced environment.

They are currently looking to add an Account Director to assist the senior staff working with one of the agency's largest clients! The AD, who will work alongside the AVP, will be responsible for managing and maintaining client relationships, team leadership, clear communication with a sense of urgency and manage junior team members.

Key Requirements

  • 6 years of agency experience, with a minimum of 3 years of account management experience in medical communications
  • Solid comfort level with scientific information
  • Medical communications experience including: ad boards, content development, speaker trainings, peer-to-peer tactics
  • Experience managing direct reports
  • Experience in dermatology is a bonus!
