Job Details
Today I am looking for a SW Engineer for implementing core Autonomous Driving functionalities.
You will have the possibility to work for one of the main consultancy companies in the Automotive industry in Italy having access to TOP TIER 1 Clients.
My client will eventually sponsorize VISA and they have a relocation package.
Main responsibilities are:
- Design and development of software for Autonomous Driving control systems in Matlab/Simulink, using TargetLink for code generation
- Execution of test driving (including track driving) for tuning/calibration of the developed control algorithms
- Implementation, Integration, parameterization, and testing of functionalities and/or algorithms/models for advanced vehicle dynamics, chassis control, and driver assistance
- Support to the design of the overall software and system architecture
Experience:
* Background in Controls Engineering or Computer Science
* Experience with ACC "Adaptive Cruise Control" systems and/or LCC "Lane Centering Control" * systems and/or TJA "Traffic Jam Assist"
* 2+ year's experience in Automotive software development
* Driving license with several year's of driving experience and good driving confidence
Tools/technologies:
* C software development
* Matlab, Simulink, TargetLink
* Vector tools (CANoe, CANalyzer, ...)
* ISO26262
* ASPICE
