Quality Specialist - Diverse role in good atmosphere

This growing start-up medical devices company is looking for a QA Specialist to join the QA team where you will feel like your colleagues are also friends. They are currently with around 25 employees who have a lot of fun together and motivate each other professionally as well.

Because it is still a small team and company you will not get a specialised role like in a big multinational but rather have a nice diversity in activities and responsibilities meaning you can learn all different aspects of Quality and it will keep your interest for a longer period of time. If there are some activities in quality where you have no experience or have never worked in medical devices industry before, they will provide training for you.

Responsibilities:

• Performing audits and inspections
• Lead assigned complaint, CAPA and NCR investigations
• Overseeing several quality processes
• Interpret & implement quality assurance standards, evaluate adequacy of quality assurance standards
• Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality
• Oversee the Calibration and Maintenance system

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Business related field or Life Sciences
• First experience in Quality Assurance for the pharmaceutical or medical devices industry
• Good knowledge of CAPA, Complaints, non-conformity and route-cause analysis
• Independent worker
• Fluent level of Dutch and English
