Job Summary:

My client, a global company, is recruiting an International Marketing Manager for their Swedish office. You would be dealing with the advanced biomarker discovery technologies and platforms with a wide application potential, allowing you to work with an extremely relevant product field. Requirements:

Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Act as a brand ambassador, understanding, upholding and communicating the multi-brand strategy in all aspects of company's marketing programs.
    * Plan and execute marketing activities that will generate new leads and increase the awareness of company's portfolio.
    * Initiating and contributing to the planning, logistics, and execution of marketing events: conferences, user meetings, symposia in Europe.
    * Represent the voice of customer towards the global marketing and product management team.
    * Collaborate and ensure alignment of marketing plans and sales training materials with Product Management.
    * Measure the success of marketing and sales programs.
    * Scientific/technical content connected to product information, technical validation data, application examples, customer publications and training activities.
    * Produce content in all required formats - documents (white papers, information sheets, application notes, manuals etc.), web page content, presentation slides, social media posts, posters, exhibition materials etc.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in Biopharma, working with the production and communication of highly technical/scientific information.
    * Experience with international marketing management.
    * Scientific degree, preferably in life sciences.
    * Driven by passion to grow sales through marketing means.
    * Experience with web content management and other digital platforms.
    * Strong writing, verbal communication, and project management skills.
    * Willingness to travel occasionally
    * Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English and Swedish.
