My client is growing fertilizers business, part of multinational company, which is based in South Italy and is looking for an export Manager managing the areas of Egypt-Middle East-Eastern Europe to join their team.
The company has a number of new product in pipeline that will create important carrier development in different area of business(Sales,marketing etc.), presenting you future opportunities and international exposure.
You will be working in a compact team in the export department. Thanks to the slim structure (you will be reporting directly to the General Manager) you will have high responsibility and join strategic planning, developing your skills massively and resulting in great work satisfaction.
What you will do:
-Develop regions in connection with company's policy.
-Maintain current clients and distributors and improve portfolio.
-Full responsibility on sales and financial Budget.
-Coordinate with team: registration, R&D and marketing actions to improve portfolio.
The ideal candidate:
- technical/commercial/marketing experience (3 years or more) with Crop Protection / Nutrition industry / Fresh fruits industry
- agronomy degree or similar
- fluent English
- able to work from South Italy
