Home Based Supervising Social Worker - NonProfit
Salary: Up to £36,000 DOE
NonStop Care is working with a national Fostering Charity in order to recruit for an experienced Supervising Social Worker to join their team in West Yorkshire on a permanent basis.
The role is home based, so you will be able to work fairly independently, and will only have to travel for visits, even after the current lock-down measures are lifted.
They are a child focused organisation who have a Good Ofsted, and a major focus on the quality of placements, and as a charity, any profits are put back into the improvement of the service.
Responsibilities:
You will manage a small caseload of up to 8 fostering households in West Yorkshire, providing them with support and supervision, as well as participating in the recruitment of new Foster Carers, and undertaking Form F assessments.

Requirements:
Please apply if you are a Qualified Social worker with at least 4 years of experience in Family Placements, preferably IFAs. You need to be SWE Registered and have a full UK drivers license and access to a vehicle for business purposes.
