Registered Manager - Charity
Salary: £32,700 - £38,100 (DOE)
NonStop Care is looking for a Registered Manger to join the management team of a national Children's Charity in the South East, and oversee one of their homes for young people with multiple, profound disabilities.
The service is in an exciting phase of development, meaning that the role will include elements of project management as well as its regular responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
You will oversee the day to day running of a 4 bedded home for young people with multiple severe disabilities. You will lead the staff team of the home as well as managing budgets, and ensuring that services are delivered at the highest quality, in such a way that the needs of young people and their families are met.

Requirements:
Please apply if you are an experienced Registered or Deputy Manager in Children's Residential services, who has an excellent knowledge of Ofsted regulations. You need to have a Full UK drivers license and access to a vehicle for business purposes.
