Salary: Up to £26,000

NonStop Care is looking for experienced Residential Childcare Professionals to join a fast growing service for Young People with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties, in one of their homes in the Bradford area.

NonStop's client are a reputable service with homes nation wide, and they are growing rapidly, with plans to open several new homes in the coming year. due to this growth, there are excellent progression opportunities within the organisation. This coupled with a very supportive senior management team and fantastic training and development mean that you will be able to progress quickly and move into more management roles with them.

Responsibilities:

You will work in a 4 bedded home for young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties, working directly with young people to support them and helping them to address standards of behaviour in a calm and responsible manner, ensuring that a good example is set. You will take the lead on shift, ensuring that duties are clear for more junior Support Workers, addressing any issues that arise on shift and ensuring that accurate records are kept of events.

Requirements:

Please apply if you are a Residential Childcare professional with at least one years experience in senior roles. You must have an NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People's Workforce or equivalent and have a full UK drivers license and access to your own transport. As the role involves working shifts, you must be flexible to work evenings and weekends.
