LADO & Education Safeguarding

A London based Local Authority is seeking an experienced manager to join their Safeguarding Service in the capacity of a LADO

Highlights:

  • Manage a small and high performing team to help investigate allegations made against professionals
  • Work closely with Education services and provide advice and guidance relating to any Safeguarding concerns
  • Will have a good deal of autonomy within the post and will have the support of an extremely experienced manager, who had held this post up prior to their promotion
  • Local Authority has achieved a Good Ofsted with Outstanding elements
  • Will be provided the equipment to work remotely and from home

    • This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Manager to take on a more strategical role which will see you work with the senior management team and education services to investigate allegations made against professionals. You will have a good deal of autonomy within the role and will be able to manage your own diary. Furthermore, you will be given the equipment to work remotely and from home.

    You will be managing an established team which is performing well and is able to work autonomously which will help transition you into the post.

    To be considered for this post you should have extensive Safeguarding experience.
