NonStop are looking to speak with candidates who are interested to work remotely , we currently have a position on at least a 6 month contract as a PM for Incoming Materials. Currently this company are gaining traction in the market as the one to watch allowing you to gain huge exposure with a recognised name, giving yourself future opportunities for growth.

OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE

The Project manager - Incoming materials sourcing risk mitigation is accountable to project manage a large project in the companies Biologics Supply Chain Operating unit covering the mitigation of issues and risks triggered by COVID, to our supply of incoming materials. The projects is likely to last between 6 and 18 months.

SCOPE

All incoming materials are in the scope. The team is already being formed, with about 10 contributors from about 10 different locations, sites, functions. Team will grow to an estimated 50 people across an estimated 5 to 8 work streams.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Maintain the team site - documents, action tracking, communications
  • Organise meetings, content, agendas, proposals
  • Create momentum on the project, engage teams towards shared goals
  • Prepare monthly summaries for steering committee (management team level)

IDEAL CANDIDATE WOULD ALSO DEMONSTRATE:

  • Knowledge of incoming materials in the Biologics sector, their markets, their suppliers

EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree and 5+ years' experience in GMP Manufacturing and Operations or Supply Chain. (MSc or MBA preferred)
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to lead in a cross functional team environment
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix and multi-cultural organization
  • Ability to simplify complex processes
  • Good business acumen
  • Knowledge of financial basics
