HR Generalist - Barcelona
HR Generalist - Barcelona wanted for an international company active in the medical devices industry which is setting up their office in Barcelona. You will be working closely together with the other international offices and the international headquarters.
Responsibilities:
- Human resources administration: contracts, regulations, salaries, payroll advising
- Managing recruitment and onboarding
- Manage local legal requirements
- general support activities for staff
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in Human Resources
- Experience working in an international environment
- Knowledge of Spanish labour law
- Degree in Human resources or equivalent due to experience
- Fluency in English and Spanish
Benefits:
- Salary around 30 - 40 000 euro gross yearly
