The Reimbursement Specialist's role is to educate and assist employees who are part of Wiley Beyond Platform on reimbursement policies that are specific to their organization. The specialist should be able to problem solve and in collaboration with the employee, must identify each employee's financial plan, then guide through next steps, including financial aid, payment plans, veteran's benefits, and employer pay.

How you will make an impact:
  • Ensure contact and follow up is made with employees via text, email, phone call
  • Review employee reimbursement requests for completeness and accuracy and enter comments and notes in Salesforce.
  • Assist employee with questions regarding cost, payment options, next steps, and deadlines.
  • Work as part of a team with the clients HR and payroll departments, as well as other teammates supporting the specific client.
  • Work with other teams to solve problems and identify areas of opportunity with the individual
  • Other duties as assigned

We are looking for people who:
  • Have a minimum of a bachelor's degree.
  • Desired: Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years' experience in customer service, benefits claim.
  • Is able to problem solve, be adaptable, and be coachable.
  • Have a strong accuracy, detail oriented and the ability to multitask efficiently and effectively.
  • High level of interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn multiple reimbursement policies, processes and procedures
  • Have experience with Office365, Interactive Desktop, Salesforce.
  • Traveling up to 10%
