The role
HR Business Partner working across the Faculty of Social Sciences and Law advising managers at all levels on operational aspects of HR Management and contribute to the development of corporate HR policy in order to achieve the aims of the HR Strategy and University Plan.
What will you be doing?
This role will have its own Schools to partner with but will also support the Head of HR Business Partnering with workforce planning, analysing and interpreting HR MI data, organisational reviews, supporting the Faculty growth plan and taking on some responsibility for aspects of academic procedures at School and/or Faculty level.
You should apply if
You will be CIPD qualified and be an experienced HR professional used to balancing a busy workload, including employee relations and case management experience, demonstrating resilience and flexibility in your approach as well as building good working relationships with staff at all levels of the organisation.
