Develops new accounts while maintaining and increasing sales volume of current accounts through a relationship-based approach. Maintains strong knowledge of products and services in the laboratory and health care industry. *Salary Range: * *Minimum**Midpoint**Maximum**Annual Rate*$75,800$119,300$162,800 *Required Qualifications:* * Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the Health System* Must possess the skill, knowledge, and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties* Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload* Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English* Demonstrated ability to develop appropriate sales strategy in keeping with the most effective coverage of each account in the territory* Ability to develop sales presentations and product demonstrations* Strong time management skills* Demonstrated outstanding interpersonal and relationship building skills* Demonstrated ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations* Demonstrated ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals* Demonstrated ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public* Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages* Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations, where only limited-standardization exists* Demonstrated ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form* Demonstrated ability to work with CRM software, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Biological sciences or related field or equivalent experience* Demonstrated ability to work independently and work in a collaborative team environment* Minimum of five years sales experience which must include healthcare and/or laboratory sales and marketing experience* Valid driver's license with no violations on record (for liability purposes)* Must be willing to travel the majority of the time *Preferred Qualifications: ** Knowledge of University and Medical Center organizations, policies, procedures and forms *Physical, Mental, & Environmental Demands*To comply with the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 the essential physical, mental and environmental requirements for this job are listed below.
