UTS Careers is recruiting for an Operations Assistant to provide operational and administrative support to the team to increase the workplace success of UTS graduates.

Detailed Description

The UTS Careers team works closely with graduate recruiters and faculties to facilitate programs and events to equip UTS students with key employability skills, as well as the knowledge and confidence vital for success in future careers.

The Operations Assistant reports directly to the Operations Manager. He/she is expected to work under general direction and is allocated tasks to complete.

As the Operations Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
  • Delivery of office administration and support
  • Assisting with event preparation
  • First point of contact for all phone, online and face-to-face inquiries
  • Ensuring procurement of products and services is in accordance with UTS policies and procedures
  • Processing and distribution of invoices using an online financial system
  • Provide accurate record keeping and report generation
