What You Will Achieve

It is our mission to strengthen the oversight of our imaging vendors through stronger collaboration, quality control, and operational efficiencies. You will play an important role in receiving, reviewing and tracking vendor capabilities, processes and metrics. You will ensure that accurate, timely, and consistent vendor information reaches the clinical teams and other groups. You will be relied on for vendor management plans, including sourcing and budgeting activities, among others.

As a Senior Associate, your knowledge and skills will contribute towards the goals and objectives of the team. Your focus and ability to meet team targets will help in completing important deliverables on time. Your innovative use of communication tools and techniques will make it easy to manage difficult issues and help in establishing consensus between teams.

How You Will Achieve It
  • Report to Head of Vendor Management on administration of imaging vendor relationships and oversight activities.
  • Manage Imaging Vendor Portal documenting vendor capabilities, bids, SOPs, and metrics.
  • Interact with external vendors to obtain data for Vendor Assessments for both imaging and digital device vendors.
  • Track business agreements in terms of budgets, timelines, etc.
  • Develop metric compilation for vendor quality and operational performance.
  • Generates reports and presentations on vendor usage, capabilities, and quality.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and leadership on vendor updates.
  • Serve as an operational resource for general imaging activities such as contracting process, regulatory guidance, etc.


Qualifications

Must-Have
  • BS in Biology, Engineering, Radiology or a similar technical field.
  • Certificate/Diploma in Project Management.
  • At least 2 years experience in Medical Imaging.
  • At least 1 year experience in Pharmaceutical industry.
  • Ability to manage tasks, time and priorities.
  • Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills and adapt communications to audience.


Nice-to-Have
  • Strong knowledge of project management and work plans.
  • Basic understanding of medical imaging modalities.
  • Ability to manage large databases.
  • Experience with budget oversight.
  • Good interpersonal skills, including presentational capabilities.

  • Sitting, ability to manage large spreadsheets.

  • Limited travel (vendor meetings).
