The role

The SWDTP is the ESRC (Economic and Social Sciences Research Council) South West Doctoral Training Partnership for the Universities of Bristol, Bath, Exeter, Plymouth and the University of the West of England. We are seeking to recruit an admin assistant to join our small team, based in the Bristol offices.

What will you be doing?

Reporting to the SWDTP Administrator, the post-holder will provide day-to-day administration duties to support all activities within the hub. This will mean working with professional services staff, academics and students across the five partner sites. The DTP admin assistant will support the Director and Manager with general administrative support including arranging meetings and travel, as well as undertaking other duties related to updating our website, social media presences and organising events. There are a range of processes that require administrative support and we are often developing new activities to innovate our offer to our students and stakeholders.
