The role
In the Digital Education Office we work with people across the University in using technology for learning, teaching and assessment. We provide support and training for a range of tools and practices. As a Digital Education Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for academic and administrative staff requesting help from the team.
What will you be doing?
You will respond to queries, investigate issues, provide support and training to staff. You will use judgement to know when you need to work with or pass queries on to your colleagues. You will be involved in the planning, organisation and support of some digital education projects and/or training.

- You have substantial experience of working independently to deal with often complex problems, with proven analytical and problem-solving capability.
- You communicate clearly, have good interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively.
- You have experience using Blackboard, Turnitin, or other tools for digital education.
- You are well-organised.
