Job Title: Research Associate

Shift: Day Shift, M-F

Location: Sunnyvale, CA (partial remote)

Pay rate: 35/hr

Job Description:
  • Research Associate focused on Diagnostics Product Improvement
  • Will require significant bench-top and hands-on work in the lab
  • Work with microbial samples including bacteria and virus
  • Will perform cross-functional team work with QA, Production, and R&D
  • Will be expected to follow detailed SOPs in an aseptic environment

Requirements:
  • BS or MS degree with 6 months to 2 years of work with aseptic technique
  • Experience following SOPs and performing high throughput assays
  • Experience working with microbes and infectious disease samples in fast paced environment
  • Strong pipetting and liquid dispensing skills
  • Ability to communicate successfully and report issues to supervisors
