  • This is an exciting open-ended role with the Dow North America Talent Acquisition team!

The Details:
  • $18.00-$28.00/hr. payrate commensurate with experience!
  • Remote currently and return to the office when the new normal presents itself.
  • Candidates should be in commutable distance to Midland MI to work onsite.


  • Our ideal candidate has 3-5 years' experience in Talent Acquisition in Corporate HR or Staffing, knows job postings and the recruitment process.
  • Alternatively , candidates may be considered that have 1-3 years' experience in HR or Staffing, show demonstrated aptitude for talent sourcing, and is willing to learn corporate sourcing.
  • Bachelor's Degree required

Specialty Recruiter OVERVIEW:
  • We are seeking for Talent Sourcer with a passion to attract and source the most diverse and engaged talents for Dow.
  • As a Talent Sourcer, you are responsible for manage the first stages of the recruiting process and give recruiting support to the recruiters across the recruitment process.


Your Primary Responsibilities:
  • Promote the employer brand and open positions online and offline by closely working with Talent Marketing team and Recruiters.
  • Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks and maintain candidate databases using various sourcing techniques
  • Partner with recruiter to identify sourcing channels and post roles in different platforms (social media, job boards, etc.)
  • Generate name list of prospects and convert prospects to applicants
  • Screen, qualify both inbound/active candidates and passive candidates and present diverse candidates slate to recruiter
  • General support across the recruitment process (including interview arrangement for recruiters, etc.)

  • Comfortable & capable leveraging a variety of technology to support the team (i.e., Workday, Case Management, and external career tools like LinkedIn for example)

  • Due to the volume of responses, only the most qualified candidates to the job requirement can be contacted.

  • There is no 'per diem' with this position and must be able to work on W-2 hourly basis.
