The role
The purpose of the role is to deliver strategic financial advice and support to Schools and Divisions in relation to post-award management of research grants and other funding streams. This includes the provision of accounting, financial management and financial reporting services and ensuring compliance with finder terms and conditions.
What will you be doing?
The post holder is required to take a customer focussed approach to the provision of financial information and analysis and acts as first-line support for colleagues in Schools who require assistance in relation to financial matters.
The post holder will ensure that all income and expenditure for each grant is maximised as per the funders' rules.
You should apply if
The ideal candidate will have an aptitude for working in a financial environment, with strong Excel skills. An ability to prioritise workloads and tasks effectively is essential.
