The University of Adelaide Enterprise Agreement 2017-2021 will apply to a successful candidate's employment at the University. The University recently temporarily varied its Enterprise Agreement. Please be advised that the salary range, along with other conditions associated with this position, may change in accordance with the variation to the Enterprise Agreement.

Fixed Term Contract until 31 December 2021 located in one of the Adelaide Rural Clinical School's bases (Nairne, Pt Lincoln, Pt Augusta, Whyalla or the Barossa), with regular travel between the sites. Please indicate your preferred base in your covering letter.

This newly created Learning and Resource Development Officer role will provide support to the rural academic and clinical academic staff to produce high quality video, audio, graphical, and interactive eLearning content for online medical education.

In this position you will capture, create and provide general manipulation of a wide range of media types for delivery to rural students through MyUni, the University's Learning Management System (LMS).

This role would be ideal for a talented video content producer with experiences in video production or a related field.

To be successful you will need:
  • Demonstrated experience in video and digital content production, including recording and editing video, audio and still photography;
  • Demonstrated ability to create, manipulate and present digital content for online platforms;
  • Proficiency in the use of Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Canvas LMS, Articulate 360, H5P or equivalent content authoring software packages;
  • Ability to be create and innovative when designing solutions, and knowledge of current and emerging multimedia and digital content technologies;
  • Demonstrated understanding of, and commitment to, the implementation of equity principles, workplace health and safety principles, accessibility and copyright.
