Essential Functions:
  • Serve in part of the Infrastructure Team to design a Reliability Metrics Model for application ecosystems
  • Test model against the current Gilead reliability metrics model (Percentage of Top 15 apps meeting 99.9%)
  • Compare the new model to the existing model
  • Evaluate competing models for calculating reliability
  • Conduct data analysis on reliability and availability metrics
  • Evaluate the performance of reliability and reporting models of application ecosystem uptime
  • Oversee numerical models and provide week-over-week, month-over-month comparisons to assess appropriate actions

    Knowledge, Experience & Skills:
  • On target to achieve a bachelor's degree in the natural sciences, engineering, or related field
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong mathematical background
  • Ability to discreetly handle sensitive sampling data
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative environment and independently
  • Experience with up-time calculation with application ecosystems
