Specific Responsibilities and S kills of this Position

Proved excellent achievement on brand building, leading position establishment and sustainable sales growth of Rx product.

Essential Duties and Job Functions

• Marketing strategy and initiatives development in assigned therapeutic areas.
• KOL engagement and advocates/speaker development.
• Medical marketing project design, internal alignment and implementation.
• Innovation on marketing mix to leverage extensive influence to CHB society.
• Integration on cross-functional resources to engage all external stakeholders through omnichannel initiatives for sustainable optimization of CHB diagnosis and treatment.
• Product lifecycle management to ensure sustainable growth of product sales.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or above, majored in medicine or healthcare related specialty
• Above 5 years marketing management experience of Rx product as brand owner in MNC
• Open mind, strong mindset of medical marketing and strategic thinking abilities
• High learning agility and business acumen
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of integrity and strong mindset of compliance
• Practical omnichannel experiences of Rx products promotion in therapeutic area of chronic disease is a plus
