The role
The purpose of the role is to ensure that the asset management function of the University performs in order to make the institution's land and buildings offer the best potential in relation to their use.
What will you be doing?
The post holder will supporting the strategic management of the University estate, with a main campus in Clifton and a further academic campus in Langford, North Somerset. In addition, with Bristol city centre offices for corporate Professional Services Divisions, Halls of Residences, and other property in the city. The University also operates within two Bristol NHS Hospital trusts. Property assets range from grade I listed heritage assets to cutting edge research facilities, working farms and woodland to development land.
