The University of Adelaide Enterprise Agreement 2017-2021 will apply to a successful candidate's employment at the University. The University recently temporarily varied its Enterprise Agreement. Please be advised that the salary range, along with other conditions associated with this position, may change in accordance with the variation to the Enterprise Agreement.

The Graduate Diploma of Psychology and the Graduate Diploma of Psychology (Advanced) are online offerings within the School of Psychology with strong and growing enrolments.

We are seeking a part-time academic staff member to coordinate courses in the successful online Graduate Diploma of Psychology: Foundations of Psychology; Health and Wellbeing; and Learning and Behaviour. We also require a full-time academic staff member to develop and then coordinate a number of new applied and practice-oriented courses in the Graduate Diploma of Psychology Advanced. In these roles, you will work in close collaboration with Pearson staff and learning designers to develop all aspects of the new courses for the new program.

To be successful you will need:
  • Evidence of strong grasp of principles and philosophies, strategies and theories of learning in an online environment, and ability to apply those concepts.
  • Ability to transform complex and disparate learning resources into professionally designed and effective programs and curriculum.
  • Awareness of external governance and compliance requirements for higher education curriculum, including AQF and TEQSA, or willingness to learn.
  • Knowledge of accreditation and quality standards as they relate to program and curriculum design.
  • Doctoral qualification.
