As a Biopharmaceuticals Manager, you will be responsible for providing in depth focus on due diligence evaluations for biopharmaceutical product sciences, and management and direction of Biopharmaceuticals Science staff across Biopharmaceutical Product Development (BPD) departments. This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following… Accountability for, and routine management of critical internal and external Biopharmaceutical Product Sciences (BPS)/partner interface activities Due Diligence Candidate asset transfers Technical and scientific leadership Mentoring and coaching of junior scientists Biopharmaceutical Drug Product Development Biopharmaceutical Product Development (BPD) product leadership Technical onboarding of new starters for Biopharmaceutical Product Development Why you? Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutics or equivalent More than 10 years of biopharmaceutical product development experience Experienced in the manufacturing of biopharmaceutical products for clinical use. Preferred Qualifications: If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: Advanced Degree in Science (MS or PhD) helpful Successful management of scientific matrixed teams Why GSK?
