How you will make an impact:

You'll liaise with internal colleagues in a global team at all levels and will receive strong support from a skilled and friendly team. Your colleagues will rely on you for excellent administrative support in the management and development of many types of academic journals. Your responsibilities will range from dealing with a variety of daily inquiries, to producing reports, to organizing and minuting meetings. Crucially, you'll help enable and support strong relationships with our many types of publishing partners. As an Editorial Assistant, you will play an important role in helping grow our business and remain a top publisher of scholarly journals.

We are looking for people who:

Ideal candidates will have the confidence to work both independently and as part of a team, have the initiative and organizational ability to prioritize their own workload and meet every deadline. Key qualities required are strong written and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels. High-level proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of programs is also a must, as is comfort with learning digital management programs for updating and maintaining online web content.
