YOUR ROLE
  • Responsible for product recommendations, customized products applications, new product demonstrations, troubleshooting and technical training
  • Recommend solutions and perform technical visits including meetings, audits, demonstrations, troubleshooting, etc. for customers with documentation
  • Report quality issues and customers claims to relevant parts of the organization
  • Work with application equipment to provide solutions to enhance customer adhesive related processes
  • Supervise laboratory works including prioritization for samples coming from customers, and report technical results to customers
  • Document Henkel solution's value to customers and all activities in CRM tool and/or in lab request database
  • Contribute to project plans and work actively for regional projects
  • Promote each business units innovations internally and best learnings cross accounts
  • Respect and promote Henkel SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment and Quality) rules
  • Work closely on each business units and internal stakeholders including sales, marketing, product development etc.

YOUR SKILL
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical engineering or equivalent is required
  • Entry level can be considered
  • Excellent knowledge in MS Office is preferred
  • Good communication skill in Korean and English is required
