YOUR ROLE
•Work with stakeholders to explore and enhance qualified PD pipeline and achieve PD targets on time.
•Develop and contribute novel idea to innovation projects especially on coil coating and surface treatment parts, including internal development and external customer communication and line trial.
•As coordinator from PD side, work together with internal stakeholders to achieve specific target and shape process with high efficiency.
•Lead India middle east Africa team to shape PD pipeline, optimize resource and prioritization, and participant in global innovation activities.
YOUR SKILLS
•Minimum 10 years of experience in Product development
•Master's degree or PHD in Technology is preferred.
•Strong Technical knowledge.
•Candidate with good Team handling experience.
•With good communication skills
