YOUR ROLE
  • Develop innovative, disruptive technologies for Body Care categories that provide significant consumer benefit improvements
  • Manage long term projects with Marketing partners to bring truly new consumer products to market
  • Work with a cross-functional team to ensure these technologies meet business capabilities and needs
  • Develop new methodologies and tests designed to solve specific problems. Interprets results and provides recommendations.
  • Develop, recommend, and execute solid R&D approaches to support key product initiatives and business strategy.
  • Conducts own laboratory experiments. May also supervise work of laboratory technicians or more junior level scientists.
  • Maintains documentation of lab results, conclusions, and next steps.
  • Create technical reports; effectively presents experimental data and results; consults with external resources

YOUR SKILLS
  • BS / MS with 5+ years of experience OR PhD with 0-5 years of experience. Seeking degrees in Chemistry or Microbiology
  • CPG experience is preferred but not required; OTC product experience is highly preferred
  • Strong work ethic; strong problem solving skills and positive attitude
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Strong agility in learning new computer systems.
