What will you be doing?
Working with other members of the team in delivering and supporting enterprise critical applications, in particular the student records management system (SITS). The day-to-day activities include management of incidents, and requests for change to resolve issues, and improve the service. The role also involves designing and delivering significant changes such as upgrades, ensuring data integrations with other systems function as required, and automating processes. There will be opportunities to work on projects to implement new services, and internally driven CI initiatives.
You should apply if
