Do you have the skills to identify, investigate, monitor and resolve complex supplier invoice queries?

Can you work proactively to provide an excellent customer focused service to a variety of stakeholders?

Are you looking for a challenging and busy role in a large and diverse Faculty?

We are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible and conscientious individual with a strong commitment to customer service to work as a key member of the Faculty Finance Team. Based in a small team within the Faculty Finance office, you will play an integral part in the processing of financial transactions throughout the Faculty.

Working in a diverse role, your main duties will include processing financial transactions and dealing with financial queries. You will be highly numerate, organised and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In addition, you must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office with specific emphasis on Excel. You will work with accuracy and flexibility and have the ability to work to tight deadlines and process large volumes of financial data.

You will work closely with colleagues in Accounts Payable, Payroll, Accounts Receivable and the Faculty Procurement Office as well as external organisations as appropriate.

This vacancy is within the Finance Service but it is based in the Faculty of Medicine and Health. However, should the business need arise, and after full consultation with you, you may be deployed elsewhere within the Finance Service.
