The Department of Medicine at the Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University is seeking applications for an experienced Internal Medicine Physician to join our Division of Internal Medicine as a practice medical director in one of our main campus practice locations in center city Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Jefferson has a world-class primary care group with Team-based care including care coordination, behavioral health, pharmacy and navigator support. The practice is a 4-physician office and is enrolled in the CMS Primary Care First program.

The successful candidate will have responsibility for patient care in the outpatient setting, teaching, and opportunity for clinical research. Leadership responsibilities include organizing practice operations, workflows, staffing and quality improvement in tandem with the local office manager and Divisional leadership. Applicants must hold a medical degree and be board certified/board eligible in the field of Internal Medicine, eligible for Assistant/Associate Professor rank and a minimum of 3 years primary care clinical experience post-residency.
