Essential Duties

Teach online and/or face-to-face management and leadership courses within the undergraduate programs of the College of Business & Technology.

Contracted faculty of practice responsibilities include equipping students to meet student learning outcomes for the course, facilitating classroom or online discussions, assessing student performance and preparing students to be successful leaders in their chosen profession.

Education and Experience

* Commitment to supporting the mission and values of a Lutheran University
* Master's or terminal degree for the assigned business discipline or sub-discipline course(s)
* Preferred: Teaching experience in either online or face-to-face modalities
* Preferred: Five or more years of professional business experience
* Preferred: Experience and/or certification in project management or global management
