Position Summary
Green River is hiring Nursing Adjunct Instructors. Applications are reviewed weekly.
DESCRIPTION:
Opportunities to teach within the Health Sciences and Family Studies Division at GRCC. Teaching options may include, Fundamentals of Caregiving (FOC), Nurse Assistant (prep for CAN), Community Lab or PN courses.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Master's degree in Nursing required for ALL Practical Nursing and ADN courses)
* Three years recent acute or long term nursing care experience for Practical and ADN Nursing faculty; one year long term/chronic illness care for Nursing Assistant faculty
* Eligible for or have unencumbered a Washington state RN/PN license; must be obtained as a condition of employment
Supplemental Information
SALARY: The starting salary listed below includes payment for outside class preparation, evaluation, and meeting with
students as needed before or after class to assist them with learning problems
associated with course materials. The total amount per class is based on
the degree and mode of instruction.
