YOUR ROLE
  • Plans for and executes Customer Technical Request Testing, reports and communicates with field technical customer service teams
  • Ensures laboratory and application equipment are calibrated and safety is checked in compliance with local regulations
  • Standardizes and develops new test methods and supports ongoing harmonization and administration of laboratory test methods
  • Supports and ensures completion of Root Cause Analysis and all product performance evaluation
  • Prepares test reports and makes presentations to internal work group or department
  • Supports internal and external technical requests and projects
  • Leads communicates in scope of products tests and validation with technical customer support teams

YOUR SKILLS
  • Undergraduate or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or equivalent is required
  • Excellent knowledge in MS Office is preferred
  • Good communication skill in Korean and English is preferred
  • Able to work at Cheonan plant for six months
