YOUR ROLE
- Manage applications' takeover/handover and ensure vendor & user compliance
- Ensure applications' internal compliance with IT standards
- Ensure operational stability of applications
- Act as an escalation point for incidents where designated
- Participate in IT initiatives and local projects
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or any relevant study
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience
- Fluent English speaker; German proficiency is preferable
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- ITIL process knowledge is essential
- Microsoft Azure and mobile application development experience are preferable
- DevOps experience is a plus
- Ability to work within a multicultural environment
