YOUR ROLE
- Oversee new biological and cosmetic science projects
- Develop new technology concepts, approaches, solutions, processes, and products within an agreed timeframe
- Organize and manage projects and resources to meet planned objectives and report on R&D activities
- Provide technical support to internal and external customers
- Ensure compliance with Henkel corporate SHE standards, policies and procedures and manage the lab and innovation process
- Organize and manage process developments necessary to support cross-functional teams to achieve completion of new technology products
- Manage open innovation projects with partners from academia, start-ups, and suppliers
- Assure technology state of the art through internal development of laboratory and staff
- Connect with consumers and generate relevant knowledge through consumer & technology insights
YOUR SKILLS
- Natural science background with Master's degree or PhD
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the cosmetic industry (suppliers and/or FMCG companies)
- Experience in continues change management
- Experience in leading global teams on a project level as well as leading direct reports
- Fluent English; German language skills are a plus
- Strong communication skills to a multitude of stakeholders
- Being an open-minded and resilient person who enjoys the challenges of a multinational company
