YOUR ROLE
  • Manage and steer product development projects and develop new approaches, solutions, processes, products within agreed timeframe
  • Organize and manage projects and resources to meet planned objectives, reports on Research and Development activities
  • Lead technical product implementation and provide functional claim and regulatory support needed for product implementation
  • Actively communicate for project alignment in a cross-functional team
  • Lead data collection and creation for regulatory requirement
  • Test and supervise tests on product stability and performance and lead third party lab communication for external testing
  • Connect with consumers and generate consumer insights through various platforms

YOUR SKILLS
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or equivalent is preferred and Master's degree is plus
  • Minimum of seven years work experience in quasi-drug or drug development preferably of insecticide product is required
  • Work experience in multinational company is a preferred
  • Excellent knowledge in MS Office is preferred
  • Good communication skill in Korean and English is required
