YOUR ROLE
- Research and develop new conversion coating products and processes for metal pretreatment applications, with focus on the general industry business
- Identify opportunities for new technology, products, or performance improvements
- Produce laboratory samples within the scope of ADP/MOC projects and test them according to customer specifications
- Support product or process introduction directly at the customer's site
- Investigate new raw materials for product optimization
- Collaboration with the global PD team and technical customer service and sales in Europe
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry required, Master's degree preferred
- Work experience desirable
- Very good laboratory practice and safe and accurate working method
- Analytical thinking, ability to work in a team and self-initiative
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Fluent English and German language skills
- Willingness to travel (20%) within Europe to customers and other facilities
