The Sustainability Research Institute is an internationally leading centre for research and teaching in the environmental social sciences. The School of Earth and Environment (SEE) has a highly successful suite of teaching programmes on sustainable business at postgraduate level. We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated colleague, with a career focus on sustainable business, to join our team in developing a new MSc in Sustainable Leadership as part of our ongoing digital education strategy and development of a suite of fully online programmes. We are particularly interested in recruiting a colleague with expertise in online education and/or executive education, experience in industry, and a passion for delivering education for lifelong learning or continuing professional development.
You will collaborate with others at SEE and in the Business school to design modules and teaching content for this new degree, to lead on delivering this content online and to support student learning. This will include inputting to modules such as: Sustainability and Business; Sustainable Business Strategies and Policy, Governance and Sustainability, Contemporary Economics (with respect to lifecycle analysis and ecological economics). In addition to your teaching experience, you should have a background in research and/or practice that is interdisciplinary and that covers sustainable business topics.
