As Joint Head of Year 3 you will be responsible for leadership, delivery, assessment, and evaluation of the MBChB programme within the School of Medicine. You will play an important role in the School of Medicine's mission to increase equality, diversity and inclusion across the curriculum. This is an exciting time for the MBChB programme with an increased number of students and numerous opportunities for curriculum enhancement, including digital transformation. You will play a key role in the strategic development of the programme.
Applications are invited from applicants who have experience as an actively practising secondary care clinician and are established medical educators with experience in leading and delivering undergraduate medical education and leading change. The role has a workload tariff of 0.2 FTE and will work closely with the existing Head of Year 3 as Joint Heads.
