YOUR ROLE

• Oversee and organize new packaging development projects, execute strategy consistent with defined business plan
• Guide team regarding new approaches, solutions, processes, packagings within an agreed timeframe
• Ensure fulfillment of performance, quality and cost requirements
• Define and plan resources to meet planned objectives
• Ensure compliance with Henkel corporate SHE standards, policies and procedures
• Ensure circular economy target achievement
• Execute process development necessary to support cross-functional teams to achieve completion of new technologies and innovations
• Ensure that all new packages meet international recycling, health and safety requirements and other regulations
• Assure state-of-the-art technology through patent protection of all new developments and technologies
• Connect with consumers and generate consumer insights through various platforms

YOUR SKILLS

• Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering (Plastic, Paper or similar)
• First professional experience is advantageous, but not necessary
• Experience in the use of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
• Experience with Cape/Multiscience and SAP is advantageous
• Fluent English language skills, German is advantageous
