YOUR ROLE
- Oversee and organize new packaging development projects, execute strategy consistent with defined business plan
- Guide team regarding new approaches, solutions, processes, packagings within an agreed timeframe
- Ensure fulfillment of performance, quality and cost requirements
- Define and plan resources to meet planned objectives
- Ensure compliance with Henkel corporate SHE standards, policies and procedures
- Ensure circular economy target achievement
- Execute process development necessary to support cross-functional teams to achieve completion of new technologies and innovations
- Ensure that all new packages meet international recycling, health and safety requirements and other regulations
- Assure state-of-the-art technology through patent protection of all new developments and technologies
- Connect with consumers and generate consumer insights through various platforms
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering (Plastic, Paper or similar)
- First professional experience is advantageous, but not necessary
- Experience in the use of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
- Experience with Cape/Multiscience and SAP is advantageous
- Fluent English language skills, German is advantageous
