YOUR ROLE
- Develop new formulations for Body/hair cleansing products
- Define specification parameters and perform stability testing of new formulations
- Perform administrative tasks to implement new formulations in Henkel's IT systems
- Contribute in claims creation and ensure claims support in place
- Work with factories to ensure upscaling and first production of new formulas delivered OTIF
- Work with raw material suppliers to deploy innovative raw materials and to ensure our formulations stay cost competitive
- Follow market trends and propose innovation ideas accordingly
- Ensure SHE and compliance
- Communicate with various internal functions, represent R&D workstream within project teams
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, ideally Chemistry, Process Technology or related; Master is an advantage
- Min. 5 years experience in product development in FMCG, ideally in an international environment
- Min. 2 years experience in developing body/hair cleansing formulations
- Ability to work focused, precisely and independently
- Good communication skills, agility and team player attitude
- Fluent English and German language skills
