YOUR ROLE
  • Manage all technical activities and projects in the plant.
  • Implement technology strategy to ensure efficient production and high quality products delivers against technical performance KPIs.
  • Set up projects and execute development plans for production personnel, especially regarding training in engineering and technology.
  • Ensure operations processes and solutions are implemented according to global procedures and local regulations.
  • Responsible for fulfilling SHEQ requirements.
  • Act as key contact for local authorities in the area of responsibility.

YOUR SKILLS
  • BE - Mechanical with 12 years of experience.
  • Experience in project execution and management.
  • Experience in handling utility equipment (Pump, Thermic fluid Heater, Chiller, Compressor, Nitrogen generator, Heat Exchanger etc.)
  • Expert in utility maintenance (Thermic fluid heaters, Steam boilers, Nitrogen generators, Chillers etc.)
  • Good orientation to systems with creative approach like Kaizen, continuous improvements etc.
  • Good in team management and well versed with MS office applications.
  • Good in co-ordination and communication with cross functional teams.
  • Experience in reactive and preventive maintenance systems, and spare parts inventory management systems
  • Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements is essential.
