ECPI University has a growing online student-centered college which seeks hands-on Business professionals to join our business faculty team. As a faculty member, you'll provide practical hands-on instruction in an engaging asynchronous learning environment, incorporating innovative teaching methodologies in order to enhance the learning experience of our students and achieve learning outcomes. We have enhanced our student's learning experience by using synchronous video, labs, and incorporating innovative teaching methodologies. Academic tutoring support for students is also key to achieving student outcomes. That is why we continue to thrive in this new environment.

ECPI University's 5-week terms and small class sizes are ideal for mechanical engineering professionals that enjoys sharing their industry experience. If you are highly motivated and passionate about teaching, ECPI University is the place for you.
Qualifications:
Education/Experience:

Master's degree in Business Administration or a Master's degree with 18 graduate semester hours in the discipline from a regionally accredited educational institution.

*
3-5 years of industry experience within the past 10 years required.

*
Prior teaching or presentation experience a plus

Skills/Abilities:

*
Excellent oral and written communication
* Ability to work with a variety of learning styles and skill levels
* Strong time management skills and detail-orientation
* Working knowledge of computer applications and the ability to quickly learn new computer software
* Experience with distance learning or learning management systems (LMS) preferred
