Experienced Test Lead required for Information, Technology & Digital Services projects.
The Test Lead is responsible for planning, deploying and performing the testing requirements for projects.
The Test Lead is a multi-faceted role and will be responsible for activities such as developing test plans and test cases, managing test execution and defect management, leveraging test automation tools where appropriate, and providing testing progress reports, within the applicable over-arching test strategy / framework. This role ensures the delivery of quality technology products that meet business requirements via strategic risk-driven testing; including system, integration, security, performance, acceptance, disaster recovery and regression testing.

To be successful you will need:
- Strong understanding of testing in Agile and DevOps teams and an ability to identify the right testing approach for SDLC and TDLC based on project characteristics.
- Proven working experience in software quality assurance including manual and testing automation. Strong knowledge of software quality assurance methodologies, tools, processes and documentation with planning and management skills.
- Extensive proven experience with JIRA and Confluence.
- Extensive skills and experience in communication (both written and oral), facilitation, stakeholder engagement, expectations and relationship management.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and with initiative, set priorities and balance the demands of a complex working environment.
